Claire's Uncle Pete stops by for a visit and to check in my first week back to school....Kerri and Pete are wonderful part of our lives and Claire is soon to get know both of them better :)

Arkansas Author Aunt

Shay authored the Arkansas history textbook that will be adopted and used across the state of Arkansas to teach middle school students the history of their state - Shay is also an U of A alum, and is a resident of Fayetteville, AR - her "Hog Heaven on Earth" -- this is a tribute to her Aunt, from Claire -- all "props" in these photos are gifts from Aunt Shay -- :)

The River....

Every year we take a trip to the Calvin's Blanco River home in Wimberley, TX -- in years past we have gone with our best friends, and this year it was a family affair! Claire's first vacation - She got in the Blanco and "floated" with us on her raft - we were joined by Aunt Kerri & Uncle Pete, Atti, and Aunt Joan & Uncle Ken - Good times....
