We took the afternoon to visit my mom, and take some fun Springtime pictures of my sweet girl at eleven months. While we were snapping pictures she decided to start "chatting" "babbling" and "talking" a little...I love this! I think she's trying to figure out how to call someone on the phone...

This weekend we traveled to Woodville, Texas - to celebrate Jacob's cousin's wedding reception party and family reunion at the home of Susan and Joe Smart...Their place is so beautiful and we had a great time visitng with everyone there!! The First Year is Drawing Near!

Almost ONE -- This has been such a fun, busy, year for us...we've learned so much from our baby girl...she changes every day and I am so proud of the little lady in our lives! What a joy!! Her face full of happiness and she has so much to share, I can't wait to see each new development in her life - amazing
We're planning for Claire's 1st birthday party....and hope to see you all there -- busy with getting things ready to end the first wonderful year with our baby girl!

The Easter Bunny!

Mom and I took Claire to see the Easter Bunny today...She was able to ask him where all the eggs were hidden and ask him for special goodies in her Easter basket! We are looking forward to this first Easter weekend with our baby girl....headed to an egg hunt, church, to visit family and more! Pictures with the bunny...

We celebrated Jacob's 31st birthday at the Cheesecake Factory with all the GREEN glory I could find :) He's my lucky boy born on the 17th of March! Happy St. Pat's Day and Happy Birthday Papa! :) Mom came to eat with us and Claire was so excited about this "double holiday" at our house...GO GREEN!

Shay and David visit during Mom's stay in the hospital to be here with her, and help with everything. We are lucky to have such wonderful family in our lives...Not a good situation, but good to see them - it was good to have Shay here while Mom was recovering...
